Physical & Mental Therapy

I will not let this meniscus tenderness get me down.  Physical therapy sessions will end soon, but training lessons will last forever.  No pressures to crank up the mileage.  I am not registered for any races at this time.

I could have done better with PT exercises and overall cross training this past week.  These are my targeted muscle groups:

I had a good reason to slack off in the gym due to my birthday.  My girl Brandi made me smile all week.  It was like the 12 Days of Christmas, birthday edition.

The weekend was centered around watching Mayhem.  Although the bout was not very entertaining, Floyd fought a good, technical 12 rounds.  47-0. T.B.E.  ‘Nuff said.

The next day, I needed to switch things up and experience Millionaire’s Row at Churchill Downs.  The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was therapeutic.
